Training Concept

Get the training that suits your needs – versatile, time and cost efficient.

ADMT is highly adaptable to individual needs. A training concept consists of a number of different modules, offering a mix of theory, decision making scenarios, and reference accidents/incidents.

The training concept will be defined according to your needs:

What is the setting going to be? Classroom, video conference, simulator briefing?

What is the time frame (Recommendation: 60-90 minutes; extended workshops available for instructors)?

What is the expected number of participants (Recommendation: up to 10)?

Tell us about the audience. Only instructors and examiners, line captains, also first officers?

Optional and fully confidential: Based on the evidence from your safety and training departments, what should the main focus of the training be?

Presently, simulations for the Boeing B777-200, the Embraer E195 and the Airbus A320 are available. Adaptations to other variants or dedicated software loads on the bases of these models require approximately one to three months. We are commited to a high level of fidelity and precision. However, conveying the key messages does not require a representation of the exact aircraft variant down to the last detail.

If desired, the simulation can also be used to sharpen decision making skills beyond the rejected take-off, such as cruise diversion scenarios or final approach continue/go-around decisions. Please check our Inflight Decision Making page for further information.

Let us know if a recommendation based on our experience would help, or let us arrange a video training via Zoom or Teams. Together, we’ll get the right decisions canned – and identify the situations that pose the greatest threats.
