It’s not always the most dramatic malfunctions that make the RTO decision difficult. In ADMT, virtually any system message or combination of messages that may occur in the take-off run is selectable.

Also available are observed faults like display failures, engine parameter exceedances, indication problems including unreliable airspeed; other occurences like windshear, bird strike, or cabin calls. Intermittent malfunctions can also be simulated – ambiguous scenarios from the real world.
