Born May 1972 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Presently Captain, Instructor and Examiner (TRI/TRE) on Embraer E195 with Austrian Airlines. Founder and Developer of ADMT.
- Started flying gliders and single engine aircraft in 1992, airline career since 1999, approximately 15.000 hours flight experience
- Engaged in training since 2003, Synthetic Flight Instructor and technical acceptance flights on Boeing 777 from 2005 to 2016; qualified for aircraft training on Embraer E195. More than 1000 hours as instructor in full flight simulators.
- Active CRM Trainer from 2011 to present.
- Several software projects in and out of the airline business 1994 to present; development of numerous in-house training materials and the Route and Aerodrome Information Database (RAID) in use at Austrian Airlines from 2004 to 2021; M.A. in Geography and Information Science
- Married, three children, living in Salzburg.

Heidy Loeff
Dutch, long-term affiliation with the Lufthansa Group, specialization in human factors, (corporate) culture, creation of trainer manuals, training concepts and events. Responsibility non-aviation training, from 2002-2022 managing director of ProTrain GmbH, a training company founded in cooperation with Lufthansa and other airlines in order to transfer aviation know-how to other industries, such as transport, medicine and finance. Since 2008 lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and other international universities.
Her qualifications are based on her studies in cultural sciences, focused on anthropology and philosophy and further education in the area of HR-development and psychotherapy, consulting and coaching in leadership- and corporate culture.

Dr. Robert Ahornegger
Captain, Examiner (TRE) and Technical Pilot Embraer E195 with Austrian Airlines. Experience on business jets, Airbus A320, Boeing 737 and Boeing 777. Earned his aerospace doctoral degree at the Techical University Berlin, including work on communication in emergency situations. Expertise in aircraft certification and performance. Aerobatic and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) expert; major involvement in the design process for approach and departure procedures at Austria’s Innsbruck airport. Also active in non-aviation management and decision making training.
Stefan Kalina
First Officer and active CRM Trainer, presently flying on Airbus A320 with Austrian Airlines. Long time experience as Synthetic Flight Instructor and Deputy Technical Pilot (A320). Founder of a business distributing simulator slots.

Christof Kemény
Captain and Examiner (TRE) A320, Lufthansa CityLine. Senior Examiner TRI/TRE Embraer 190/195 and Airbus A340. Aviation Consultant and Senior Training Advisor. Co-Founder of the OneTeamCockpit Initiative; scientific research participant German Aerospace Agency and MIT Boston. Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering (Munich University of Applied Science). Head-up display technology specialist, manager cockpit crew training/Head of ATO with Lufthansa CityLine → 2014. 24 years experience as simulator project and evaluation pilot. Over 15,000 hrs. as airline pilot with more than 6,000 hrs instructing. Designs and provides of Competency Based Refresher Online Training.
Andreas Klikovits
First Officer and Synthetic Flight Instructor, presently flying on the Airbus A330 for Eurowings Discover, also has experience on the Embraer E195 and the Boeing 737. Active in airline pilot basic training as Instrument and SEP Class Rating Instructor. Engineering background and expertise in simulator fidelity and certification.


Daniel Lalli
Captain and Examiner (TRE) on Embraer E195 with Austrian Airlines. 15 years experience on Boeing 777, 10 years thereof as Synthetic Flight Instructor and performing technical acceptance flights. Long-time glider pilot; qualified for aircraft training on the E195.
Josef Mainzl
First Officer and active CRM Trainer, presently flying on Embraer E195 with Austrian Airlines. Great expertise in case studies; Joe sighted and researched a large number of take-off incidents and accidents.
